Icelandic Rain Patterns

Someone wants to commission a study of patterns of Icelandic rain.
I don't know what that means, as they just dropped it on me.
I suspect they mean to prove something. That's what the internet
is for.

Patterns. That's it. I would hope for them to suggest patterns, in
multiplicity, without devolving into decoding.
